Texas Pacific Land Corporation (TPL)

For TPL the important questions are:
1. Will they sell off the water business?
2. Will TPL become a C-Corp?
3. Will TPL continue buybacks?
4. Will TPL issue free stock to management?
5. Will TPL receive a takeover bid?
6. Will TPL acquire other companies?
7. Will TPL issue debt securities or borrow money?
8. Will TPL acquire royalty interests/revenue streams?
9. Will TPL hold quarterly conference calls? (So far they failed to do so.)
10.Will TPL have regular annual meetings? (They could have/should have at
a minimum held an annual investor's day, however, management
is lazy and does not want "big boy" work...they only want
"big boy" pay, without the commensurate work.

I am skeptical that management will do anything useful except to keep
paying themselves monster paychecks and never placing themselves in a
position to have any accountability.
