TonyTiger, while I almost always side in favor of your post, I must put up a simple math caveate and wholeheartedly disagree.

So let's say you have 1,500,000 shares and it splits to your ok'd 10-1 ratio. Lets further assume that everything being equal, the stock price increases 10 fold to accomodate the 10/1 split.

So, a million five divided by 10 equals a hundred and fifty thousand.

Say times the current high last week of @ .021 x 10 = .21 equals a dismal $31,500.00

Now, if it had grown organically to say twenty one cents which Mark somewhat alluded to some months back, what does the math give you?

1,500,000 shares times twenty one cents is; $315,000.00 Scooby Snacks.

Not to be dismissive TT but your thought process if flawed.

$31,500.00 in one hand after your ok'd 10/1 split VS $315,000.00 in the other hand for organic growth and no split until a simple twenty one cents. A $283,500.00 difference.

Which one would you pick? And please don't postulate that it would grow to that amount in quick fashion on the big board as it could take over a year, perhaps longer.

I still think your a great poster and have always followed you. You may check my math as there were a couple of white claws involved.

Family Blessings, my one allowed post of the day.
