What happened is he diluted it into oblivion. 20 Billion shares! lol. It amazes me the number of people on here that don't even understand why that's a bad thing and say stuff like "the share price can still go up, we just have to be patient".

A 20.00 pizza cut into 10 slices makes each slice worth 2.00. Adding shares is not like adding more pizza slices. It's like chopping the current slices into smaller and smaller pieces and expecting each smaller slice to retain it's 2.00 value. You might sell those crumbs to a sucker every once in a while, but nobody with even the smallest amount of common sense is going to pay 2.00 for 1/1000th of a $20.00 pizza.
