Just curious .. Is the jet for real? Like timeshare of a jet? Is that correct? Do you have the $$$ to buy the jet or ?? Im a bit confused? Looking at the financials FTWS is not that strong! Are pics on Magellan1 of the jet? I know you said no resverse split. Got it. What about name change? May I share your reply?
Any insight would help.

No, it's not correct. It's co-ownership each owner buys 10-30% of the jet. Similar to Net Jets. Regarding funds to buy the jet… there are many ways to acquire assets consignment, lease buyback distress sale, merger with existing jet co. We looked at different options and the jet owner saw an opportunity to be an FTWS stakeholder. We just need to issue him a bunch of restricted shares. This was addressed in 8k. Correct the financials on FTWS is not that strong! We have received an emergency line of credit and the jet deal stakeholder we have all the pieces now to bring FTWS back. Correct no reverse split. Issuance of additional shares to pay for the jet yes. The name change, is something that is being seriously contemplated something more along the lines of yachts and jets business model.
