Constellation can not own more than 50% of Canopy after the triggering event. This is a partnership so your idea that they will drive down the price to take it over is in error. When the Acreage deal was signed the contract pulled back the potential share count for Constellation to no more than 50% This requires all parties to work together and make their individual companies the best they can be until then.
