CLSI reduced the OS by about 137 million shares while completing the merger when buying all of the shares from the old owners of CLSI. The updated OS is showing on the OTC site now as of 10/07/2019. The float appears to be about 70 million shares but much of that is likely held by insiders. Easy run to dollars ahead with this new mega merger IMO. OTC updates our SS daily now and there has been NO DILUTION at all since the filings and the share reduction!
