deception on a website isn't illegal.

"Production commenced" could mean anything to them, but they know it'll make us believe they are producing panels. It's sneaky language to be able to deceive and get away with it.

In the 8k they have to tell truth, they say "when production starts..." Exposing the truth of the matter that they haven't started production at all.

This company is a scam, they use scam tactics, deceptive wording, no prior announcements before RS, they don't care about the shareholders, sometimes send them scolding messages, and the last RS Lee told me "no RS needed in foreseen future" about a week before they did RS
