Petar was not replaced of wrong doing, they all do wrong over there. He was replaced to diffuse the situation after the stock price drastically drop to help calm investors. They was hoping the stock price would recover by replacing him, but he's not gone, he's right in the back room overlooking the others shoulders. It's all a cover up, but it's beginning to bite them in the butt.
