Very different way of looking at it here...
The CEO will MAXIMIZE Shareholder value because that value is stability in the PPS, Directs VALUE into the Preferred shares, and the PREFERRED's stand for outstanding DEBT..

Rubin is not looking for a paycheck next week as inferred by these posts..

He is looking to build a value company that some conglomerate will pick up in a few years and create lots of wealth.

Some will always judge every penny stock like the worst penny stock.. Lets read and apply logic looking forward..
