I can’t see the split being very much! This float isn’t that high. People are acting like it’s going to wipe out and leave you with nothing. I bet it can be more than 1 for 20. Every S1 will and offerings all have forward looking statements and caution about dilution they have to. The stock is only at .01 so honestly if you’ve done your DD then there’s not much point in selling much lower for a loss. All my opinion but the this doesn’t have billions in shares I don’t believe the company is trying to wipe out shareholders. I bet it 10 for 1 split and offering at .10. Time will tell
