Earlier board postings mentioned that since BZRTH inception May2018, the China hydroponic manifest orders per Import Genius/Panjiva previously dominated under BizRight Llc consignee were split from June-Dec2018 with BZRTH..then, all but a handful of 2019 manifests confirm BZRTH as consignee..hence, the 40% annualized growth?

So, yes Jimmy, i can see how you achieved the 40% annualized BZRTH operations growth...but what you fail to mention is that BizRight 2019 manifests suffered at the expense of BZRTH gain..maybe 20..40..60% decline? Idk, that's why you need to release audited revenues..While one contributor to the estimated $37m revenue equation is growing bigly, the other contributor frankly fell off the face of the earth with 2019 bill of ladings.

And remember Jimmy, SGMD is positioning:) itself, per PR,to achieve $37m forward sales estimates after it acquires both BZRTH and BizRight..My calculation comes to $60m+ just for BZRTH..How much will BizRight cost? Why not break the audit numbers down and tell us precisely how much revenue generated for each last year? Chit, at least provide the combined audit number..My concern is SGMD only acquires BZRTH, and BizRight remains open ended and acquisition never gets done..and we never do verify the $37m revenue number..And with the same two owners involved with both companies, what stops BizRight in 2020 from retrieving any of the orders that it abruptly "lost" in 2019 to BZRTH? And yes, i do understand that BZRTH is the Simple Deluxe product trademark holder..But BZRTH manifests included much more than Deluxe fans and water pumps, they include significant (BizRight trademark) IPower grow tents, and lights, and grow bags,etc.

Jimmy, i've tried for nearly two years to get confirmation on BizRight $30m 2017 revenues..and stated confirming those revenues would be HUGE for SGMD shareholders..Frustrating that an available audited number not made public...An open ended forward sale estimate of $37m is simply more of the same, and btw, is that calculating in the anticipated 40% annualized growth estimate to obtain $37m?..How does that measure up to Dec14,2017 8k statement expecting $30m+ BizRight revenue by Dec31,2017?..Jimmy, surely BizRight owners were transparent arming you in Dec2017 with that expected $30m revenue number for calendar year you referred to that ended Dec31, just two weeks after 8k news..or not?..Release the audit numbers for both BizRight and BZRTH so shareholders get a grip on realized revenues..Why remain reluctant to do so?..Miracle Gro acquired $430m revenue Sunlight Hydroponics for $450m cash and stock..a tad over 1x revenues..Transparent acquisition info, SGMD should do the same.

Have been here since the SGMD 2014 3-day run from .015-.72, and SGMD has presented multiple opportunities in several huge runs since..Been a dandy for several..Been one of its biggest pumpers that is frustrated with the PR expecting March2018 BizRight full revenue reporting of $30m+ revenue fiasco that never happened..Still play SGMD for a flip..and SGMD will continue offering big opportunities regardless..But it's difficult to be all in when BizRight/BZRTH remains in the estimated revenue stage, when we know SGMD can simply state BZRTH did all important audited $##,###,### revenue in 2018 and same for BizRight..Then, we can use that number as starting point for future PR estimates..Skip misleading shenanigans and post 2018 audits!
