I don't agree with you that the chart is useless. but I do agree that they need some kind of PR to keep investors interested.

As for charts, just today I don't remember what symbol I scanned that was up around 40 ish % on no news and no PR for the last 100 days. Those are players that play based on charts only and could care less about fundamentals.
