So, let's hope she gets the share price up by then. With 38% of the O/S, let's hope that the market will absorb them without tanking the PPS when she sells. I personally think she has other income sources and will use her shares to buy into other companies. She has over a hundred million shares that have vested already and she is free to sell.

Another scenario is that her shares will eventually be owned by Net Capital. The VSTR shell will be merged into and occupied by NC. A good marriage. The growth of NC will be the stimulus for her VSTR shares to increase. JMHO or some such scenario. One thing is certain; 2 ladies doing consulting work is not going to get the share price where they need it to be.
