Appears the after hours amendment update filing confirms the K&J Funds $20m April2019 (effective July2019) investment agreement has been limited to a one time $100k purchase @.00881 so far..

"On July 29, 2019, we notified K & J Funds, LLC that the Company elected to exercise its rights under the Investment Agreement referred to in the Registration Statement for 11,348,591 Shares and the Put Amount was for $100,000."
