I always try to put myself in the position of Mark.

Anyone who has invested so much money, time and effort has no interest in bankrupting this company.

His reputation would be damaged, the money and the (well paid) job would be gone as well. Who would take such a risk, if he himself was not convinced of the success of the company?

Only idiots and gamblers, not Mark.

I'm not a mine expert, but I think the number of those who are able to do it is not very big.
