Well when the 8K and new company is not announced by the end of tomorrow wait and see how far this thing drops. It will be back in the threes. The only reason it's not there now is because new buyers to the stock jumped in as it went low. When they start to realize that the information never comes they will sell their shares along with more of the long-term holders and this thing will dip even farther! Tomorrow will be a red day
