I’m just wondering if they report, “We have acquired a publicly traded ticker on US markets. More updates to follow.” That’s just me being cautious when getting excited for any date. It truly could be tomorrow or anytime prior to November 15. Even if we don’t get details, and they delay, they would need to file an extension but even in doing so, they validate all the DD done here. Either way, I’m excited but I’ll wait 12 hours to see if they reveal the full monty.
