IMO We will see a number of material events unfold sometime during the first half of November rather than this month although the New Company may very well reveal itself on HALLOWEEN DAY ;) to prove my opinion conclusively wrong!

I'm watching for a minimum of 2-3 strong GREEN days in a row of likely parabolic PPS movement as a MAJOR tip-off that the Insiders know that official news/filing(s) are imminent

As far as the template for the above--similar to 9-30-2019 when CLSI moved UP + .0537 for a 183% gain in a single trading day

10-7-2019 +.0264 and 10-8-2019 + .021 also exhibited BULLISH BEHAVIOR with 2 Consecutive Strong GREEN Days in a row which has been the exception rather than the norm during October 2019

As far tangible assets coming to the table with the New Company I would estimate 5,000,000-10,000,000 minimum and possibly as high as the 50,000,000 that has been much-speculated about

There are many ways that the New Company can use the CLSI Platform in lieu of the IPO route whether that be a Regulatory A Offering (raising up to 50,000,000 in capital) or leveraging the stock portfolio with a loan for acquisitions especially in the event of a meteoric rise of the PPS North of .50-.75 and then into Paper territory and stabilizing.
