Agree that it is devastating, but a penny is a reasonable to rise or drop when the SP is .19. That would be a 5.25% change. If the SP is 8.00 a 5.25% change is .42. Forget about the .01 moves after the 1 for 40. The
changes to the SP will be more dramatic.

That is why the SP will drop quickly after the RS unless we get some really good news to drive the SP up.
