Just to clear up any questions
You cant get to Rico until Utah has completed. Once the Utah trial has concluded, Seci will move forward with pursuing Rico.

And IMHO if it goes to trial and the information is made public as to exactly what these huge corps have done here...there is no turning back or settlement possible.
