Judgement in favor of Sector 10 = Payment to Sector 10 (not shareholders or officers)
Payment = Company held assets
Increased assets = Increased value of the company
Increased value = Increased PPS
If the company develops a reasonable and successful business plan and uses those assets to fund operations then the PPS will rise even higher. Sector 10 could make money by licensing patents with almost zero overhead. If they negotiate and successfully obtain ongoing royalties then they make money with almost zero overhead. The bar is pretty low here.

Stockholders get paid by selling shares, therefore a judgement would eventually translate to cash for shareholders. It's not rocket science. It's simple economics.
