It’s a huge red flag to me that anyone values the “opinion” of a poster, including myself, over the facts. How about sticking to the facts.

1) Land contracts have been secured

2) Feasibility study is complete

3) Air permit for construction has been submitted

4) The State of Nebraska has granted up to $200 million in tax incentives.

5) 75% of the Niobium and 10% of Scandium is under contract for 10 years.

6) The company has confidentiality agreements with Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley

7) Executive Order #13817 includes all three of the minerals that Niocorp will produce.
