"Holding shares" shouldn't be a problem since there is no market to sell them on lol. I do agree with putting money away though. I recommend saving all you can to hire a good lawyer. Even though I don't believe Johnny Cochran could get anyones money back from this one. They were extremely clever in how they pulled this one off. They put some time into making sure they looked squeeky clean.

The LAHO Gameplan:

- Make big promises in the PR.
- Dilute BILLIONS of shares while everyone is loading on said lie.
- Wait for the SEC to shut it down.
- Tell the angry hoard to remain calm, they will fix everything.
- Later tell everyone you had the BEST INTENTIONS in getting it reinstated but things just didn't work out. Sorry.
