Glad to see that Step 1 is now behind us.

However, the thing I don't like is that the the original completion transaction date was set for November 15. Now, Marc Lustig is saying that he's confident that the deal will close by the end of the year, not November 15 as previously indicated.

So, obviously, the bad day yesterday was, in part, due to the further delay in the close of the deal.
