Following the merger’s close, expected on Friday, Sir Richard Branson’s space tourism company will list directly on the New York Stock Exchange on Monday. After the closing, the shares will trade under the ticker symbol ‘SPCE.’ Virgin Galactic’s spacecraft can carry as many as six passengers, along with the two pilots, to the edge of space.
