I could walk in to Vertex tomorrow, ask them for $65 million and hand them $500 million in tax write off for their billions in CF revenue, a new royalty stream, and a next generation BSI drug they could develope further and be used on CF population keeping thousands of them alive and living longer using Trikafta / Kalydeco. That’s a buck a share for everyone, deal be done in 72 hrs.
