Been researching your Nugenerex reverse merger possibility. It's a longshot, but I have to admit that some of the facts and timing of events are interesting. The public vehicle that they've identified is supposed to be a development stage company. And a Seeking Alpha article posted today mentioned that the spin-off is expected to be trading by the end of November. Next court date for custodian termination of BIPH is scheduled for Nov 22nd. Complete speculation/wishful thinking here but one can certainly hope!
