I am amazed by how many people are guessing and predicting situations based on someone's BS. It doesn't matter what MC or SM are saying. What matters is the court ruling. 5th has already ruled against them. Wait for the 8th and others to follow. Of course, MMs depend on scare tactics and how people get nervous when someone just opens his mouth and say some baseless garbage. After all these years you should know what has happened to these companies is illegal (period). Obama Admin couldn't wipeout their shares and neither would these guys.
