Even if he was a scammer, do you really think the board members of APL would be a part of the “scam” he was orchestrating or sit idly by as he used them as a prop?

Today was the confirmation that lawsuit isn’t an issue....he acknowledged that there were a great deal of questions that needed to be answered (I’m assuming that was in regards to lawsuit)

But clearly stated merger is still on and set with a definitive date.

Bought 1/4 of what I originally had today. Looking to add more if the opportunity presents itself lower. If not, as previously stated...I will happily slap!
