But Bill Gates didn't lie to the SEC and the public about graduating from Harvard - and Costello did lie to the SEC.

LMAO! That is hilarious - on a 8-K on July 2st Costello stated:

"Mr. Costello is a graduate of the University of Minnesota in Public Business Administration and a graduate of the Harvard Business School."

Costello was busted for lying on a 8-K - which is securities fraud.

In that 8-K Costello didn't state there was a problem with the July 1st 8-K - more Costello subterfuge.

"Mr. Costello is a graduate of the Winona State University in 2003 in Public Administration and attended Harvard University, but did not graduate." 

So Costello also lied about graduating from the University of Minnesota.

The first 8-K was filed on July 1st - but oddly Costello didn't file a amended 8-K until October 2nd. That is 3 months before Costello admitted he lied - but he was never completely truthful as he never attended Harvard.
