I thought the idea behind FHBC was to build the brand and sell to a major? Am I missing something?

That may be what is happening. The TWEETS are kind of ambiguous. Or, they may be going private, via selling FHBC and keeping the assets.

Never know on the OTC. A lot of buying for a bit of time here, so somebody knows something we don't. If it was bad news, I don't think there would be as much buying on the "ASK" as there has been for about a month.
