For starters, SI is only 29,174. That’s out of over 100 million shares.
While short volume is high, short volume consists of both shorting and covering. In all likelihood its just day trading. One player shorting and covering in the same day.
Short interest is not an issue and there is nowhere near enough shares shorted to spark any type of squeeze
