So where is The Annual Report?

So they got the numbers right? I mean they put out a PR bragging about them.

Then…After that PR failed to send the share price Toda Moon.

They fail to submit their Annual Report to OTC and submit a request to file late instead.

Then...They do not even submit their Annual Report by the Late File Deadline and the stock picks up a Stop sign and a few days later a Yield Sign on the OTC website.

Anyone paying even the slightest amount of attention here can see what is going on.

My prediction – Suspension then Gray Market. If you don’t sell before the suspension – you will have to wait until it hits The Gray Market where there is no bid and ask and almost zero buyers. You would be very, very, lucky to sell any shares of this stock on The Gray Market.

Better to sell now while you can still sell for enough to cover the commission (if you can even do that) than to wait until proceeds from the sell do not cover the commission. Been there done that. Then it sits in the portfolio until it rots away until they revoke the ticker. – Total Loss.
