Well from what I understand the 1.4 billion or so shares or 1.2 only some shares are available. Someone here posted that. PT holds 96million that can’t be more than 50%. More like 20% don’t really know. Too tired to be digging info.
Also might not need a vote to add to the outstanding share count.

T-HAWK, thank you for posting. You Kong’s sure have staying power to be in a stock that is sub-penny for years unless it is house money from those traders pumps back years ago. Traders get things going on a stock a lot of the time not necessarily the news. Everyone wants to make money. Best regards!
