Just my opinion , I don't think they used the ATM at these levels , they stated they sold 1.7 mil shares avg at 7, they will make a major announcement and be able to sell at higher prices, or do some other type of debt financing in the near future. I did some research on Banta financial they added to there position, which now total 1.6 mil shares avg in the 6-7 range that's 10% of there total money under management. That is a lot for a small management firm. I would expect something "Substantial" in the very near future. GLTA
