My thinking is the PPS will take a long time to get to .05. But then who knows. A .01 stock can go 100% on a whim.
The R/S a year or so down the road could be voted down. With PT owning 96 million shares what would be the PPS if the investors owned more than him. R/S always go to a vote, but companies have a way of getting around that too. Sitting in an even 500k shares. Sold 70k at a small loss to take care of some personal business.
May have worked out in my favor. If PPS gets to .009 I have I think over a grand to put in next week and bring the tally to 600k shares. We had a September to forget and an October to forget. Let’s end this year with a bang! Past history is dictating PPS now, and that is a good thing for this under the radar time bomb.
