I should not have to "look for it" when reading a 10K. It should be included. You mentioned you were buying stock, then left out ALL the details... this is WHY 10Ks exist! They provide the DETAILS/FACTS in a single document, for the entire year + some history + subsequent events.

You also mentioned Hunter Venture, which is not in the 10K. Why?
