Shares have to be available in the foreseeable future to satisfy loan debt. It doesn't mean the two billy will hit the OS. I am in a stock now with a 1.1125 billy AS with a stagnant OS of 169 mill- OS has moved little for years with no toxic debt.

The additional AS is not an certain indication of an expanding OS into the billy range.

Keep your eyes on conversions of Preferred shares and the OS
