The last filing in the State of Nevada was October 31, 2017 and shortly after the Registered Agent also resigned, Medinah was one year in default on October 31,2018 and on October 31, 2019 will be two years in default.
there is no current list of officers or directors so who knows if anyone is in charge of the chicken coop?? Does anyone know if the transfer agent, Pacific, will still handle any stock transfers or have they not been paid the same as everyone else???
