This will be at 20 to 50 cents before u see any dilution.. They would need to get filings, and get current ahead of selling paper. Just based on filings, and press releases this will pop significantly since the Market cap is beyond being small. I would just trim risk when we see a significant price move.

Really not much risk here if your in for a lotto play...
