Why is there more selling today than yesterday?
My guess is that it could boil down to just one point. Yesterday, when the press release came out, it looked good on the surface. But, now, today, investors are having had more time to weigh the finer points in the report.
If, I had to guess what is giving them pause, it would be that (according to the report) the North Carolina plant is still not up and running. If it is, it doesn't sound like they are ready to process any of the new crop.
This was the main factor that I had raised question about a few days ago when the issue came up. I had stated that someone had posted quite some time back that s(he) wanted to do a tour of that facility and was turned away with the explanation that they were in the process of rennovating the facility for vertical integration. Others had reported not seeing any activity there. This was explained away by their only working weekdays.
I think that given the history of people accusing Bruce of using all these things as props and never really delivering on the promises, it would be incumbant upon him to give us an explanation as to why this is not now a functioning facility. And, if it actually is, how about some video of this facility for a change. It has been all about Oregon and nothing about this (North Carolina) facility. If he actually has two major facilities as claimed, I would think the coverage should be more balanced. There may be a logical explanation for all of this but, I do feel we are owed some answere here.
We were all concerned (at least I was) about the North Carolina hemp crop with hurricane Dorian slamming the coastline. Why weren't we given more updates and progress reports concerning this hemp crop and the NC facility.
We, as investors, deserve answers to such questions. The daily updates on facebook are only showing half the picture if the NC part of the equation is left out.
I do hope, at least, that the person who posted that he was going to the facility this week will report back to us. At least, then we would have one personal account of what is actually going on.
