0.3% of THC (not 0.03) and you are wrong because hemp cbd companies and businesses are much much different.
Compare not only sales $ BUT mosr importamtly margins and profitability.. and MJ companies are way behind on this.
Pure CBD companies that are focus solely on hemp have much much better margins simply because farming between hemp and Marijuana is so much different and there is no way around it. Net profits from MJ sales are going to be always drastically smaller. You should do yourself a favor and compare balance sheets in details... heck you can just look up easily and see that the ONLY profitable companies in cannabis sector are pure hemp CBD companies..
Not only that.. market/customers are totally different.
Hemp extracts with 0.3% can be taken daily by literally anyone including children... and yes, again taken DAILY as vitamins.. topicals and tinctures are natural remedies for so many alignments, chronic pains, arthritis, also help with sleep, stress, anxiety.. and so on.. you are going to see hemp derived CBD in grocery stores and pharmacy stores on shelves next to vitamin C.. simply.. there is no limits = $$$$$
Look up how many walgreens, cvs, target, Wholesfoods, Walmarts is out there.. we just need green light from FDA and hemp derived CBD sales are going to jump 10 folds over night.. and all this with amazing 75% margins on average..
Marijuana even IF federally legal .. there is going to be never in grocery store.. it's going to be limited to dispensaries.. also even if it comes off schedule 1, you are going to have certain companies continuing drug testing for MJ. There is a lot of jobs out there that you simply cannot have THC in blood stream and since THC stays in blood for days and weeks, you can't take/smoke it due to the job.
Just think logically how many people out there wants to get stoned daily and how many is willing to take legal hemp CBD for wellness or/and help with health.
Again, hemp CBD is targeting totally different people and much much wider market.. and did I say about those outstanding margins ? LOL you should look it up, unbelievable numbers!
FDA regulations are going to be game changing for hemp companies and they are coming.. Mitch McConnell is going to make sure regulations will come sooner than later..
