I think some people may have sold either because they got sick of waiting and/or the status got changed to pink limited from pink current. Pink limited basically implies they are behind on their updates with OTC.com. Once they file whatever is currently due (I'm assuming it's the last quarter's filing) they will be upgraded again to pink current. Not a huge issue imo, and big bidders are showing back up in force after only very minor selling. I see almost a million shares on the bid around .015, all hoping for cheap shares here.
