Everything in me that follows the technicals says this stock should see more upside. However, a money manager who I consider much more knowledgeable than I says it ain't. I am in a quandary. When this happens, I usually just move on to the next stock. This is one of the very few stocks that I cannot fathom their cutting their dividend.
Color me perplexed.
