That is false... He has controlled this company since 2012, it is HIS records that he does not have.

If only every dirty penny stock could just pretend that records dont matter. They would all be passing audits. Its would be so easy to just put "0" in each line and poof = easy audit. lol

He has reported small amounts of revenue, which means he was running some type of a business (not a shell)... and it looks like he announced a merger (yesterday) with a company (his own) that was already part of the company for a long time.

Patrick, where is your revenue coming from? Is it your CBD sales?.. If so, why did you put out a merger 8K yesterday if it was already part of the company?
