On the other flip side, just learned this statement from the 8-K was a complete lie: "Any fractional shares resulting from the reverse stock split will be rounded up to the nearest whole share of common stock."

Turns out my .6 share was not rounded up to the nearest whole share. I just got off the phone with Ameritrade and the rep began with, "Let's see who stole your third of a share." He called his desk and came back with this: "the difference will be paid in cash." By tomorrow I should get about $1.30. So, the company just pick-pocketed many of our shares in plain sight and in broad daylight. This was a deeply cynical and deceptive decision on their part.
