The main issue for me, is that the stock mysteriously ran to almost $9.00 before the potential RM was made public knowledge....and then dumped back down just as mysteriously....before the r/s was made public knowledge.

I don't care for that, as there was no public catalyst for the move in either direction, the stock had been quite illiquid before, so it would seem whoever drove the price up was doing so with insider information and same could be said on the dump....so the trading has been sort of a red flag in my personal opinion.

With that said I think Splash looks pretty interesting, so could be worth a gamble for me if it comes down a bit further.
