Timeline of one targeted pathway drug for PC: 2013 first published investigational study (before pre-clinical). 2017 enters Phase 1 CT. Currently mid stage Phase 3. With the potential of achieving breakthrough status, and early marketing.

Now let's compare to PMCB...

First investigational study before 1999.

Lohr ad hoc study of 1999.

Kenny PR pumping for the last 8 yrs. With pre-clinical starting in 2017.

Kenny continues to watch the cells grow. IND submission date???

The result is one biotech taking a concept from lab to Phase 3 in 6 yrs. Then we have PMCB, concept to pre-IND for Phase 1 in 20 yrs. With Kenny still watching those cells grow. Getting the product to market ASAP is the goal for biotechs. For PMCB it's just another year of Kenny drawing his salary.
