His biggest downfall was completely dropping the ball last year when all the CBD stocks were running during the farm bill Passage. I'm not sure what he was thinking. When you called the telephone number to order product, they kept you on hold for about 30 minutes well forcing you to listen to their long infomercial only to piss people off enough to press 1 and somebody will call you back. Absolutely horrendous customer service. People waiting months for their order with no explanation from the company or its CEO. Now all of a sudden they are back online and operational. What the hell happened? Where is the press release apologizing to shareholders? Does the website even work? So many questions. No answers
