The filings are full of clerical errors, misspellings, and YouTube videos but there’s nothing misleading.

Seriously?! There is a loooooong list of misleading info in the filings... More of it is misleading than factual.

You cant just guess at this stuff like he did.... and its as OBVIOUS as it gets.

If he is so careless to not even spellcheck a FILING and TAKE IT SERIOUSLY (youtube videos, Religious rants, etc), how can one expect the rest of the info to be accurate? What a joke

He is a HEAVY prescription drug user, per his claims and it SHOWS... I would not want to be holding this when the SEC nails him for making a mockery of their filing system. He pleads insanity while investors lose everything.
